Effective 31 July 2026
1. Agreement and scope
By confirming or paying for a booking, the client agrees to these terms and to the specific written arrangements agreed with Marvin. “Service” means the lawful adult companionship, social engagement or related arrangement described in the booking confirmation. No particular intimate or sexual activity is promised, purchased or guaranteed.
These terms operate alongside—not instead of—rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer or equality law.
2. Eligibility, age and identification
- The service is offered to adult female clients aged 18 or over.
- Marvin may request valid government-issued photographic identification before confirming or beginning a booking.
- A booking may be refused or terminated if age, identity, safety, legality or compatibility cannot be reasonably confirmed.
- Suitability is assessed individually and lawfully, taking account of the nature of the requested service, mutual consent, personal orientation, safety and boundaries.
3. Booking, fees and expenses
- The full agreed fee must be paid and cleared before the service begins. Payment after a visit or engagement will not be agreed.
- A booking is not confirmed until the details, total price and payment have been accepted in writing.
- The quoted total will include all anticipated and agreed costs connected with the booking, including relevant travel, food or visit expenses.
- Marvin is not required to personally fund any cost of travelling to, meeting, dining with or visiting a client. Any unplanned third-party cost must be agreed and paid in advance.
- The client must not make a chargeback or payment reversal dishonestly. This does not affect legitimate statutory or card-provider rights.
4. Cancellations, termination and refunds
- The full agreed fee must be paid before the service begins. No agreement will be made for payment after the booking, visit or service has taken place.
- Once the service has commenced, the booking fee is non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
- Marvin will not terminate a booking arbitrarily. A booking will only be terminated before the agreed finishing time where the client commits a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions, the client’s conduct creates a safety or legal concern, or an unforeseen emergency prevents Marvin from continuing.
- Serious client misconduct includes violence, threats, intimidation, coercion, racist or discriminatory abuse, prohibited physical contact, disregard of consent or personal boundaries, false age or identity information, illegal activity, or intoxication that makes the booking unsafe.
- Serious client misconduct constitutes a material breach of the agreement. Marvin may terminate the service immediately and leave the location. The client will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining booking time because the termination resulted from the client’s own breach. This is subject to any legal rights that cannot be excluded.
- No refund will normally be provided where the client voluntarily leaves early, changes her mind after the service begins, refuses to continue, or becomes unavailable during the agreed booking period.
- If Marvin must terminate because of an unforeseen emergency not caused by the client, he will offer either an equivalent amount of replacement time on another mutually agreed date or a proportionate refund for the part of the service that could not be provided. Payment relating to services already provided and reasonable non-recoverable expenses may be retained.
- An unforeseen emergency may include sudden illness or injury, bereavement, serious transport disruption, an emergency-services instruction, or another event outside Marvin’s reasonable control.
- Any cancellation made before the service begins will be handled under the advance-cancellation provisions and applicable UK consumer law. Any retained amount will be limited to a fair and reasonable sum reflecting work completed, reserved time, committed expenses and genuine losses.
- Nothing in this policy removes or restricts a client’s statutory consumer rights.
Where a booking is made online, by telephone or away from business premises, statutory cancellation rights may apply. If the client expressly asks for performance to start during a statutory cancellation period, a reasonable amount may be charged for services supplied before cancellation. The right to cancel may be lost after full performance where the law permits and the required express request and acknowledgement have been given.
5. Conduct, violence and safety
- Violence, threats, intimidation, coercion, stalking, deliberate property damage or possession of a weapon will not be tolerated.
- Racist language or conduct, discriminatory abuse, harassment and degrading treatment will not be tolerated.
- If Marvin reasonably believes there is a risk to either person’s safety, the service may end immediately and he may leave or contact emergency services.
- A service ended because of serious client misconduct will normally carry no refund, subject always to applicable law.
- Neither person may be so intoxicated or impaired that meaningful consent, safe conduct or agreed boundaries are impossible.
6. Consent, orientation and personal boundaries
Every form of physical or intimate contact requires Marvin’s and the client’s ongoing, freely given consent. Consent may be withheld or withdrawn at any time without argument. Marvin alone decides whether proposed contact is compatible with his heterosexual orientation and personal boundaries; the payment of a fee never creates entitlement to touch or intimacy.
- No interaction with Marvin’s anus is permitted. This includes touching, attempted touching, penetration or attempted penetration.
- Any attempt to pressure, surprise or force Marvin into prohibited contact will end the service immediately and will normally result in no refund, subject to law.
- Only activities expressly and mutually agreed at the time may occur. Silence, prior discussion or payment is not consent.
7. Clients who have partners
Friendly Escort is intended to provide respectful companionship for adults aged 18 and over. It is not marketed as a service for deceiving a husband, wife, civil partner or other partner. Clients in relationships are strongly encouraged to discuss the proposed booking and obtain their partner’s agreement beforehand.
A client remains solely responsible for her own relationship decisions and representations. Anyone who knows her partner would object is encouraged not to proceed.
8. Property, loss and liability
Each person is responsible for safeguarding her or his own money, telephone, jewellery, documents and other property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friendly Escort and Marvin are not responsible for indirect, unforeseeable or consequential loss arising from a booking.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights arising under consumer law.
9. General provisions
- Booking details and client information will be treated discreetly, subject to safety, legal and regulatory obligations.
- If one term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
- Changes to a booking or these terms must be agreed in writing.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer right to use another applicable court.
10. Questions and contact
Questions about these terms or a proposed booking should be sent to marvin@friendlyescort.co.uk before payment.
